Return & Exchange Policy
• If you are unsatisfied with your piece, you may return merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date for store credit. Store credit will only be issued if the returned merchandise is unworn and in its original condition. All sales are final.
• If an item is delivered damaged, please contact us via email (email@example.com) within 48 hours with a photograph of the damaged piece. A new piece will be shipped upon availability. If the piece is no longer available, store credit will be given.
• Brillē is not responsible for lost items with a delivered status.
